- 了解你的情况顾问先听你说说自己的头发状况和想了解的问题。Our consultant listens to what you’d like to know about your hair and scalp.
- 头皮及头发检查用仪器查看头皮，并测量你在意的区域。We look at your scalp with an instrument and measure the area you’re concerned about.
- 说明与解答清楚讲解适合你的选择和流程，回答你所有问题。We explain the options and the process clearly and answer all your questions.
- 你自己决定不合适我们会直接说；可以回家慢慢考虑，不强迫消费。If it isn’t suitable, we tell you directly. Take your time to decide; there’s no hard selling.

仪器头皮检测Instrument scalp analysis
顾问用仪器查看你的头皮状况，并测量你在意的区域，让你清楚看到自己的情况。Our consultant uses an instrument to look at your scalp and measure the area you’re concerned about, so you can see your own condition clearly.
头皮清洁与护理Scalp cleansing & care
店内设有三张躺式洗头床的洗头区；每个护理座位都配有专属的头皮护理仪器。Our centre has a hair-wash area with three reclining wash beds, and every care station has its own scalp-care equipment.
咨询后量身安排A hair-care plan made for you
每位客人先做头皮检测，再按你自己的头发和头皮状况安排护理方案。不合适就不做，并直接告诉你。Every client gets a scalp check first; the plan is then built around your own hair and scalp condition. If it isn’t suitable, we won’t proceed, and we’ll tell you so.
店内护理流程What an in-centre session involves
如你决定进行，护理在 The Starling 门店内一次完成，单次约 3–4 小时。非手术，可安排在工作或其他行程之间。If you decide to go ahead, the session is done in a single visit at our centre in The Starling and takes about 3–4 hours. It’s non-surgical and easy to fit around work or other plans.

咨询真的免费吗？Is the consultation really free?
是的，咨询和仪器头皮检测都是免费的。Yes. The consultation and the instrument scalp check are free.
咨询需要多久？How long does it take?
咨询时间视个人情况而定，预约时可在 WhatsApp 问顾问。如之后决定进行店内护理，单次约 3–4 小时。It depends on your situation; ask our consultant on WhatsApp when you book. If you later decide on an in-centre session, that takes about 3–4 hours in one visit.
一定要买东西吗？Do I have to buy anything?
不用。咨询没有任何承诺，检测完可以回家慢慢考虑，不买也完全没问题，我们不会硬推。No. There’s no obligation. You can go home and think it over; not buying is completely fine, and we won’t push.
有停车位吗？Is there parking?
有，The Starling 商场内设有停车场。我们在 1 楼 Lot F-137A。Yes, The Starling Mall has its own car park. We’re at Lot F-137A on Level 1.
